IMPORTANT! This Counselling Line is intended only for persons who wish to consult on the application,
concepts, procedures and other related issues of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
Please note that a person may become a whistleblower only in cases where the following two conditions
are met:
1. A report contains information about the following possibly being arranged, being committed or already
committed in the institution:
a criminal offence;
an administrative offence;
an official misconduct;
a violation of professional duties;
a serious breach of mandatory rules of professional ethics;
any other violations of law affecting or prejudicing the public interest.
2. A person who submits a report:
is or was an employee of the institution concerned;
holds or held a consulting, independent work, traineeship, internship, volunteering, etc. contract with the
institution concerned.
What can you expect when you contact us?
A competent specialist will provide you with a free consultation on the relevant issues (which
infringements of the law may be reported, who needs to be reported, how the status of a whistleblower is
granted, etc.);
A competent specialist will explain what incentives and assistance measures can be provided after you
report information.
You don't have to tell us who you are if you don't want to - you can remain anonymous.
